Despite all the progress since the one that sticks in my mind is Carshalton 1 Bromley 4, March 2003 I think.

They were pissing Ryman South by miles under charming Graham Roberts, we were non-descript mid-table shite. Went there expecting a full bumming, but no-one cared as it was pretty much the first warm day of the year, cracking turnout, beers flowing.

Expected a full double bumming when Wade Falana got his customary red after 25 mins, but then Stefan Ball headed us 1-0 up a few minutes later. After that came probably the best Bromley team performance I've seen as we absolutely smashed them. New signing from Millwall Leke Odunsi was immense. IIRC Kirk Watts or Colin Luckett finished it with a chip that bordered on piss-taking.

Celebrations after the first goal were immense: I still have the picture of the CONTORTED FACES on my office wall.
