So it has now been 4 weeks since I applied for vouchers after my trip was cancelled by the aforementioned airline. I am still to receive them. They are bloody vouchers - it should be an instant thing! No money is being transacted and they are still holding it. Friends in the airline say that it shouldn't take more than a couple of days to get sorted.

I've been on hold to their customer services for probably 4 hours across the last two days.

Nothing.

Now having worked in this industry for my whole career, I do try and defend it where I can, but this is indefensable. You wonder why the general public treat such airlines with such distrust?

Anyone else having similar problems?
