Yvette Cooper...used to smash Olive Oil when she was Shadow Home.

Then again she does have some drawbacks and doesn't particularly like the Hippy.

Jesus wept.

I don't suppose she's THAT much more incompetent or stupid than many other people who have fulfilled ministerial roles, but one gets the impression that while the others may have been willing to listen to the odd piece of advice by those in the know, her arrogance won't let her do the same.

Is a phrase thats sadly too common in this country.

After the confusing policing costs with confusing £300K with £80million, she's now taken in by the most basic cyber scam.

She's basically as thick as two short planks, and the only reason she's shadow HS is because she ticks 3 boxes - black, female and shagged Jeremy.

Far more than any momentum lead agenda, the thought of her as Home Secretary fills me with horror. She'd be an absolute laughing stock worldwide.

Angela Rayner as Education Secretary, who by her own admission hasn't got a qualification to her name and has experience using schools as a single mum is by far and away my favourite for least capable shadow minister.

Rayner more qualified for Health minister, she worked in a care home when she was a teenager.

It that's the best Labour can do for a shadow education secretary, it shines a light on just how poor a bunch they have to choose from. Left school at 16 with no qualifications, and then seems never to have held down a "proper job" - there may be some dispute about how long the care home assistant thing lasted. Thereafter worked for a Trade Union becoming a regional convenor. Bit of a throw back to the 1960s/70s Labour MPs. But then is she any less qualified than Jeremy?

Will they have stopped laughing at Boris's Foreign Secretary efforts by then?

It further demonstrates how poor our current lead politicians are with the likes of Abbott, McDonnell, Boris, Hunt etc.

I think he comes across very well myself. Unlike a lot of scripted politicians, he actually has the ability to think on his feet.

I guess this is much easier to do when you're in position because you care passionately about what you're doing (irrespective of whether everyone agrees with his principles or not), rather than because you've always wanted to be a politician and are just delivering whatever message is going to propel you up the food chain.

I agree. I find that I quite want to listen to what he says, even if I disagree with it, as he seems to have a real knack of being able to argue his point coherently.

Abbott is a blubbering jelly, totally out of her depth, and just blurts out the whatever half arsed thought that has just popped into her head.
