The ones they like best are those who don't look ill in any way, some of whom need to medicate simply to stay alive and for who a couple of unplanned hours can have serious repercussions and consequences lasting half a day, but they're often classed as malingerers (or benefit cheats & tax dodgers).

I used to smile with pity at the people not working but screaming at forriners nicking their jobs. I used to note that the Tories would eventually come for those people to replace the ones they voted out. I think this is another one of those moments.
