Just head on Nicky Campbell that more than a million people living in the UK can't speak English.

Which sounds impressive until one thinks of how many Brits living abroad can't speak the language of the place they live either.

I guess the argument against that is that UK expats don't tend to me a drain on the host country. Just Mick and Linda blowing their retirement bunce on a small gaff in Fuengirola.
