I think the idea of dubbing something 'The People's Vote' was probably the nail in the coffin of our EU membership.

It basically came across as labelling people who voted 'Leave' as non-people. There were probably far more sensible approaches which were possible to try to highlight the benefits of EU membership and enough time to change people's minds without having to resort to calling half the voters thick. I suppose this is a general problem with life NOWADAYS.

Unfortunately the new crew have made a very inauspicious start to their tenure, but we knew this would happen as the tories overstayed their welcome as they lost their direction but they were put there for so long simply by the lack of credible opposition.

Reform will get bigger mark my words, the genie's out of the bottle and won't go back in.

So get out and deliver leaflets rather than bitchfesting about a vote you don't like (while simultaneously moaning about people complaining about a vote they didn't like).

I'm sure the repressed noncer's attacking of women's rights about abortion is a great policy. We've already seen the contempt for women the party holds.
