I'd suggest being head if a corporation that makes the worst moments of their customer lives as stressful and expensive as possible is a good starting point

Apparently corporate muruca is quite shocked, not as much by the shooting, but by the lols and tiny violin playing that's exploded across the interweb

From my diabetic twitter I know there's a lot of angst directed at that organisation, and the yankee health care model isn't ideal in any shape or form.

Years ago there were 2 planes that collided mid air, the controller was 'partly' responsible, the father of one of the (russian) victims came to Canada (iIrc) and killed the controller, and I don't think he served that long.
